Precision in Metal
Metal Injection Molding (MIM) is a process in which a feedstock, consisting of metallic powders mixed with a binder material, is injected into a mould to shape complex parts. Subsequent debinding and sintering steps transfers the parts into fully dense and metallic.
The net shape process allows to produce complex parts in high volumes.
To achieve specific requirements, parts can be further processed during and after the MIM process.

Different techniques of additive manufacturing are established nowadays. We focus on binder based printing systems like filament printing, binder jetting and stereolithography suitable for small to medium quantities.
All methods have in common that printed parts need to be sintered.
